Do you have a catalog?

Because we are constantly adding products and our inventory is always changing, a printed catalog would quickly be out of date.   For this reason, we do not offer a printed catalog.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will send your order without the item. We will send you an email telling you the item is on backorder and the expected delivery date. At that time you can tell us to cancel the back ordered item or deliver it when it arrives. Usually we will not be delayed more than 2 weeks on any item.

We try to keep the website up to date, but if you need to know if we have something in stock before ordering, please email us first customerservice@discountdelicas.com.

Can I pay by check?

Yes we accept checks and money orders in $US funds only.  Mail check along with ordering information to:

We are retail only. 

Do you ship International?  If so, which countries?

Yes, we ship to all International locations.

I don't like using my credit card over the Internet

Our website uses the highest standards of encryption software for internet security.  If you still do not wish to place your order through our secure site, please email your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired and prices.  We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular email, as it is not encrypted.  In your email, please let us know how you would like us to obtain your payment information.  You may fax your credit card information to 972-625-4240.  Our fax line is secure.

Is there sales tax?

Customers in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

An item I ordered previously is no longer on your web site, why?

The item has most likely been discontinued.  This is usually due to availability or quality issues.

Do you offered pre-packaged kits?

At this time, we do not offer any kits.

Will I get a tracking number?

To keep our shipping cost as low as possible and pass the savings on to you,  we have selected the most economic method of shipping which is the US Post office First Class and Priority mail.  These options do  not provide a tracking number.  If you order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at customerservice@discountdelicas.com.

How do I request a sample?

We do not offer samples.  However we do offer a 45 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% happy.
